Public hearing for the proposed rate adjustment will be December 15, 2025. The hearing will be at the Garkane office located at 468 N. Hwy 89, Hatch, UT 84735. You can email comments to neal.brown@garkane.com and all comments will be distributed to the Board of Directors for review.
